toni	Jul 15 2008 12:00 am   Hi everyone Firstly I'd like to say thankyou to sian for adding us as friends and also thank u to Tracey for the message sent. We may not have been on much but we have been doing much in the background. At the moment I am in the process for writing a report on the correspondence over the last few years, between Ruth and various authorities, concerning Toby. Also Ruth has been e-mailing loads of people and not getting any replies. We have also written a letter to the Health Service Ombudsman who has also not been replied in the time limit they specify. Ruth did e-mail them and they indicated that they have not received Ruth's complaint form. We are in the process writing to them again, this time we shall send it by recorded delivery!!!!

I shall be putting it on here as soon we work out how to get the diary and pics on here. I am also trying to work out how to link our pages without going to the page list all the time. If anyone can help with this we will be eternally grateful. I didn't realise that it was so long ago since we were on here last. I have also been having more computer problems but hopefully it is sorted now. Again we thank you for stopping by, but wish we could get some input about what you think of our site and our cause. We would also love to hear from anyone who thinks they maybe in the same predicament as Toby was. catch you soon Toni & Ruth
toni	Nov 9 2007 12:55 am   Hi Again, Well as you can see I managed to return some of the text back to black, but I still can't sort the grey out in the web links?? I shall keep trying. I also couldn't sort the font sizes out properly, I'm going to try when I finish typing this. I just thought I'd say sorry for the cause of the squinty eye syndrome lol. I am hoping to go to see Ruth tomorrow and sort out the next part of Toby's story. As I said it is an ongoing saga so we need to sit down and work out the pics and documents we are going to put on here and also work out some kind of order that with be easy for readers to understand. Anyway I'm off to try and sort out these fonts before I go to bed. If while you are reading this the web-site happens to go freaky or disappear, that means I've done something wrong and business will be resumed as soon as possible lol. Bye for now Toni & Ruth.

We have finally transfered all photos to my computer and when we put the next part of the story we with be putting those photos on here as well. Just an update to say that we will hopefully be putting more of the story on here soon. This is where the story really starts and still continues. Back soon. P.S. Make sure yours is on here, if not let me know and we'll sort it out. Well me and Ruth have finally got the next part of the story. Also we shall be putting more pics of 'Roookwood' hospital on the pic-evidence page, as this is where Toby spent the last 5 years of his life. The parts of the story we have told are to let you see the quality of Toby's life at home, compared to his quality of life in 'Rookwood' and the quality of life he was entitled to and could afford. toni	Aug 29 2007 10:52 pm   You may be wondering why Ruth was trying to give Toby a better quality of life if he was in a coma? Toby was diagnosed 'doubly-brain damaged and in a'borderline vegative state', but the fact is TOBY WAS NOT IN A COMA. Toby was aware of his surroundings and responded when spoken to. Although classed as blind Toby was able to reach out and take something from Ruth's hand. When told his mum had died Toby put his head in a nurses lap and cried. these are just a few of the families interactions with Toby over the years.
toni	Aug 16 2007 11:25 pm   hi everyone thanks again to all who have visited our webpage and we are sorry it still is'nt completed. I an new to all this web making stuff so u shall have to bear with us. If it wasn't for my boyfriend's son this site wouldn't be here yet. So thankyou to Mikey for all his help. Well I'm not staying on long tonight, I have been down Ruth's Today trying to get her connected to the net, no she's not on yet. Ruth has had the same input as me other than the making of the site, which she highly approves of. It never cost a penny either! Everything on this site was free. Not bad I thought. I do need to get our story on in the next few days. Also I have been trying to get our advert on as many free engine seaches and it is very time consuming, but it appears to be paying off, so its worth it. Anyway I'm babbling, so shall say good night and hopefully I will be able to sort an intro out for here. Plus I am trying to get some links on here for useful info and advice easily and quickly, rather then spending hours, like us trawling 100's of different webpages. Bye for now Toni & Ruth
